About me
A little more about me.
I trained as a systems design engineer and spent five years at Sony in Tokyo as a project leader on the wireless team that built Sony’s first Wi‑Fi chip. I moved into consulting at Deloitte, then spent eight years at Kinext advising founders and leadership teams on strategy, sales and growth. Along the way I co-founded a leadership development community, because the people side of change has always mattered most to me.
I founded Tsubo in Vancouver to bring all of that to local business owners who want AI to work for them and their people. I speak English and Japanese.
